Er, no. Just you and it. Kneel on floor, hold on with both hands, roll it away from you, roll it back to you. Repeat. The better your stomach muscles get, the flatter you will be at the extremity of your 'roll-it-away-from-you' phase. Remember to take it gently when you start. Just because you can do 30 on your first attempt , doesn't mean your stomach muscles won't be painful the next day or four! I write with experience!!

Once assembled, there is a gap between the rollers. It's this normal because there is no gap in the product advertisement?

Yes. Similar small gap on ours but doesn’t affect how it works so it hasn’t been a problem.

As the wheel is not soft rubber, i was wondering if it will rotate freely when used on laminate flooring? I don't want it to slide instead of rolling.
