It was easy to replace. It fit perfectly. I didn’t have to replace the entire appliance. It’s now seals as it should.It’s back in action . Definitely worth it.

Perfect replacement for my 8qt

We lost our steam release and couldn't use our instant pot. I found this and gave it a try. It works great!

A little smaller than the original, but still fits on my instant pot lid. I have to be careful when turning to seal or release, because there is no resistance when I turn it. It goes the full 360° circle, without catching in place. It functions though, so good enough.

This has been a great replacement for my last valve stem that mysteriously disappear disappeared… I found the original later in the depths of my dishwasher, partially melted. Lesson learned, I hand wash now!Anyhow, this works wonderfully and I haven’t had any issues.

It fits perfectly on my pressure cooker and I'm so glad I found that part on Amazon. You just have to be very careful to get the exact part to fit your pressure cooker. Now, I bought myself another pressure cooker that is so much easier to use and the stems are built into the lid.

This thing is worthless. Completely different than the unit that comes from the factory on the Instant Pot. It fits on but just spins around. I decided to try it out for fun. It seals but will not vent. Just spins around on the lid fitting. I have yet to find one of these that actually properly replaces the factory one.
