SAVED ME FROM HAVING TO REPLACE MY PRESSURE COOKER
I NEEDED TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL RELEASE VALVE THAT CAME WITH MY PRESSURE COOKER. I MELTED THE ORIGINAL ONE. I WON'T GET INTO HOW AND WHY THAT HAPPENED. I COULDN'T FIND A VALVE THAT LOOKED LIKE THE ORIGINAL. I BOUGHT THIS ONE BECAUSE I CLAIMED TO BE A "UNIVERSAL VALVE". IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL VALVE BUT WORKS PERFECTLY.

It was easy to replace. It fit perfectly. I didn’t have to replace the entire appliance. It’s now seals as it should.It’s back in action . Definitely worth it.

Good enough
A little smaller than the original, but still fits on my instant pot lid. I have to be careful when turning to seal or release, because there is no resistance when I turn it. It goes the full 360° circle, without catching in place. It functions though, so good enough.

We lost our steam release and couldn't use our instant pot. I found this and gave it a try. It works great!

Works perfectly
This has been a great replacement for my last valve stem that mysteriously disappear disappeared… I found the original later in the depths of my dishwasher, partially melted. Lesson learned, I hand wash now!Anyhow, this works wonderfully and I haven’t had any issues.
