This device is marketed as a user friendly aid to those having to take tablets at regular intervals throughout the day. Certainly, it's small compact size + extreme ease of use + ability to be attached and worn using a lanyard make it perfect for this. But it is also incredibly helpful to remind the user about other recurring tasks during the day; for example, in my case getting up from my desk at regular intervals and taking exercise; also (yes - there are tens of thousands of people worldwide who are crying out for this clever device and would also use it for this - try advertising in catholic newspapers and magazines) it can be used to remind the wearer of the time of each of the SIX daily prayers forming part of the Catholic Divine Office, and as a general aid memoire. As I said, the device is very compact (3" x 2"), lightweight, can be worn with a lanyard, has a very large clear screen and simple to operate buttons - perfect if like me you suffer from arthritis and can't stand fiddly controls. It really couldn't be simpler. This is a fabulous device, perfect for many aspects of my lifestyle and used heavily every day. A word too for the manufacturers - perfect. Immensely friendly and eager to answer any questions - a few days after purchase I receive an email offering help and advice; three days afterwards I receive another reiterating they are more than happy to take any questions. What more could you want? A big difference compared to so many big companies nowadays - a refreshing change indeed. Great product - perfect suppliers - and a price that I thought represented very good value for money indeed. I'm thinking - what more could I want. Bought for dad who needs to take tablets at various times throughout the day. He was able to set up all alarms really easily and it ensures he knows when to take tablets. Really good device, easy to use and works. For the money it's very worthwhile. He tied string around back clip and wears it round his neck when he works in garage. He is partially deaf but can easily hear the alarm. Really impressed

My mum who is 86 was recently unwell and had to take 15 tablets a day . I live a long distance away and when I managed to visit found out that she had muddled all her pills up and taken erratic amounts, plus she was asleep and missing taking them. I ordered this tabtime as I wanted something where I could preset several alarms. It was super easy to use and the alarm is nice and clear. I used this alongside a timetable with all the different pills listed. I set five alarms for her and they have worked a treat. The bleeper bleeps , she checks the time and then takes the correct pill combo. It has been a lifesaver for us as she nearly ended up in hospital by not taking the correct meds . She is now on the mend with slightly less drugs so have altered the timer for her. This product has really helped me and my mum 100%

The timer is easy to set up, just takes a few minutes. It has plenty of time settings available if needed. It is compact, so easy to take anywhere you are going. The magnet backing is useful, where mum has it stuck on her fridge. It would be an advantage if you could lock the settings so they are not mistakenly altered when put in your pocket or handbag. This current purchase is several months after the first which unfortunately stopped working. Assumed it needed a new battery, which did not bring it back to life. However I bought another in the hope the original failure was just unfortunate.

This timer arrived well packaged and included the battery. Super easy to set up with the clear instructions. Alarm works well and is audible so you can't miss taking your medication. I think that it would also be great for setting 'change of activity' times eg if you are doing revision and should take regular brain breaks, or for disabled people like me to ensure that you move or reposition yourself to avoid pressure sores or just seizing up! Good product, well worth the money and lots of potential uses.

Been using it for a couple of months now and it’s a pain in the ****. It works some of the time but then it will randomly reset and loose all the time and alarm settings. Changed the batteries a number of times and it still happens irregardless.

If you need reminders then this is for you. I take pills 4 x a day and other non oral meds. It alarms clearly and it shuts up. If I by it I can hit any button to stop it. This is ideal for cooking, setting to let the kids k ow they have to do something when they hear the alarm. It's fab. It sits upright, you can hang and it has a Magnetic strip so you can put it ion the fridge. No irritating alexia and I can put it in my pocket when I go out to keep up my medications. Great for insulin users too as that's another issue... Eating gets boring when you not well.

We bought this product to provide reminders for my wife's parkinson medication. Settin g up was very straightforward allowing me to highlight 5 tablet reminders, however the alarms for 2 and 4 did not work. 1,3 & 5 all triggered on the dot. A reset followed in an attepmpt to solve the situation, but currently on 4 of the 5 trigger the alarm. A good product but with shortcomings at present.

Hi Amazon, The product was defective and the LCD screen did not function properly after 3 days of use. Please see the attached picture. The LCD should read 10.22 The buttons when depressed get stuck, and stay depressed. This product should be removed from the shelf. Regards Tan Beng Cheng

works= we had need of 5 pill alarms and this one has 8 of them. Follow directions and be sure to press mode button after setting up (bit fussy to set up but works ) Has worked great for use. Only con : the function to press any button and shut off alarm don't work out the box (on this unit). We are fine with that. At least the price is good and it has the number of alarms we needed. So far this has been a good pill alarm.....Suggest getting one= YES....
