Fit well, gasket was pliable yet firm. The retainer clips were stiff and snapped on tight which is important to keep moisture out. If you buy one of these parts, be prepared with a scan tool that will do the idle relearn. Save yourself hours or days of headaches and get a tool in advance. The "manual way" to do it is to let the vehicle idle for X number of minutes... shut the vehicle off, wait 60 seconds and then start it again and let it run again X minutes. I wanted to try this but my truck 'idling' at 3000rpm is not ok, so I needed to get a tool to make the reset happen.

I bought this after getting a “Throttle range” related code. Despite cleaning the throttle body and doing the throttle relearn procedure, the truck simple didn’t run well at all. Sometimes it would idle fine, other times it would practically push me through stop signs as it downshifted coming to a stop.Installed this in 5 minutes without even removing a single screw. Popped off the clips holding the original on, installed the rubber gasket into the new one, lined it up and installed the new clips to secure it.Performed the idle relearn. Truck runs like the day I bought it. In fact, it runs so much better I could kick myself for not buying this weeks ago. I practically have to learn how to drive it again because it’s so different. Like a miracle.

when i received the part it was broke and was used and did not have all the parts .

put in a chevy silverado. worked great easy install

Did not fit a 2015 GMC Sierra with 5.3L Ecotec engine. The wiring harness is different
