Q: Does cool button need to hold while drying hair or just push once & it blows the cool air the whole time?

I always use the warm air to dry my hair. Sorry I can't help you. I just looked, and I don't have a cool button, only hot and warm.

Q: what is that 2 pieces the black color, I don't have these two when I bought it

there was a diffuser (round thing that goes on the end of the hairdryer) and another piece that narrows the air flow that goes on the end.
