Excellent Monkfruit Sweetener
This monkfruit sweetener is great. It tastes fantastic and has no strange aftertaste like stevia. It also mixes very easily, it takes a little bit of stirring though. My only complaints are minor. One is that the plastic scoop/measure that it comes with is too big.. if I use an entire scoop it’s far too sweet. Usually 1/4 to 1/3 of the scoop is plenty for my 20oz. of coffee. My other complaint is that I wish this were somehow more portable (maybe another line of products that are single serve packets?) - I often go out to eat with friends and can’t bring the entire container with me.All in all this is a sweetener I will keep buying - I’ve tried pretty much all of the products on the market and this one tastes the best to me.

This really is sweet
Well, it was expensive but I wanted to try it bc I didn't like the aftertaste of some sweet drops I was using. It's a fine powder and you really only use a tiny bit. I do not have a sweet tooth, don't crave sweets or eat much sweets. I drink black coffee & unsweet tea. Really, the only things I sweeten are homemade lemonade from fresh lemons and oatmeal. This Pure Monk does a great job in the lemonade, dissolves instantly. I still like a little maple syrup for flavor in the oatmeal but I'm able to use just a teaspoonful now in a bowl, along with a tiny bit of Pure Monk. Works for me! This small jar is going to last me a very very long time.

This is the sweetest version I've found with least aftertaste, but expensive.
I'm tried multiple brands and multiple versions of the 100% monk fruit powders. This one is clearly sweeter than the others with less aftertaste.I think it just comes down to them filtering it better. Whatever the non extract parts are, they must not only be less sweet, but they also degrade the taste. There is also a big difference in the color (it lighter), which seems to show how much more concentrated the extract is.

Soooo disappointed
Oh my gosh. After reading the rave reviews I decided to bite the bullet with this pricey purchase. This stuff is awful. Terrible Aftertaste lingers on for more than a few minutes. I am so disappointed with this purchase. Save your money. This is not a sweetener substitute on any level. Stick with real cane sugar or go sugarless. And remember this is one of the few items Amazon does not return. Make your decision wisely. Yukity. Yuk. Yuk.

Previously I said "Don't let the price scare you away"
It is actually less expensive than the versions with the typical 35% extract level. This one is 50%, so it requires much less to sweeten. I've actually compared various concentrations and brands as to how long they last on multi-month long tests. This one comes in at 40 cents a day (for 4 cups of coffee and 1 cup of tea) compared to 50 a day for Lakanto and 35 a day for Smart Monk which was the least expensive brand. Due to higher refinement however, this one has the least "off-taste" of them all, though none of them would I rate as objectionable. But for those who are sensitive to anything that doesn't taste "just like sugar", I'd say this Julian Bakery Pure Monk is your best bet. *** Later comment: I discovered that the price was raised from $40 to $50, which negates my comments re/ this brand being the least expensive. Hopefully the price will drop back down.

Healthy but...
I tried this product because it is supposed to be pure monk fruit. They only list monk fruit as the only ingredient. This is extremely sweet, however it is a fruit powder, so it tastes like the fruit. I personally favor things without a specific flavor, like sugar alcohols. This is definitely sweeter, and healthier, but I don’t use it because of the flavor and aftertaste

Great for Keto!
I’m not sure why this has so many bad reviews. This stuff is great, and it goes a very very long way. Without it I would have a much much harder time staying Keto. I don’t taste the aftertaste that others are talking about, but maybe I’m just used to it? I don’t know, I’ve enjoyed it from the beginning. We use it making our own chocolate, whipped cream, I even mix it with cinnamon and put it on pork rinds ( sounds gross I know! (Keto people understand🤣) it tastes great!) Sub this anywhere you’d use sugar..If you are trying to stay sugar-free this is a must have item.

NOT AT THIS ABSURD PRICE
The current price of $79 is laughable and outrageous. While I like this product, I will no longer purchase from this company until they get back to reality and charge a fair price. It was always a bit more but now it’s a joke.
