Is there a bit of stretch or give in the waistcoat and coat?

I don’t think there is stretch in the waistcoat but the coat was comfy. It’s a lovely outfit on everyone loved it.

Lots of reviews saying the costume is a tight squeeze but it goes up to xl. up to what size would this costume fit? thanks
