I've tried other gut friendly products but they did not work for me or were to messy ie powders mixing in drinks This product dissolves very quickly in water I have it first thing they say it takes about 7-30 days to reset ones gut with friendly bacteria I'm now on my second box and have definatly noticed a difference in IBS symptoms , easier bowel movements less discomfort and my sleep quality has improved a bit I would say give this product time to work for me it took a couple of weeks yes it is a bit pricy compared to some but to feel better it's worth every penny
