This was worth the money!! Was a little suspicious of my wife having a "friend". Put this on her car on Tuesday and caught her that same day. Just wish I would've done this 4 months earlier. When you set it up it does take a bit for it to go active and actually start tracking, but it tells you where all the vehicle stopped and how long it was stopped. It gives you the address where its stopped and then gives you directions there. Would definitely buy again!

Good luck trying to cancel your service and stop the billing of your credit card after you are done using this product or realize how useless it is. You can't stop service from the impossibly clunky non-user-friendly website, nor can you get ahold of a person through the phone, nor will they respond to emails requesting that service and billing be terminated. Ultimately had to work it out with the bank for my credit card. A HUGE headache. The hardware doesn't work too well. It drops signal and stops communicating at random and then inexplicably starts working again days later. The battery performance rapidly degraded after a two months. I strongly advise against this product and service.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews. Maybe I'm just lucky, but this little thing is working flawlessly for me. Battery lasts a week without being charged with ease and I drive a lot daily. I forgot where I parked at Disney world. Freaking largest parking lot I've ever seen. Like a zillion cars in every direction. Wanted to scream foul language, but there was kids around. Then I remembered I had the tracker (was my first week with it). That experience alone made the thing worth every penny.

First 2 didn't work, returned on my dime. 3rd one worked if I was on the phone with customer service and they were actively pinging it. looks like an awesome product with great features but didn't work in my location on a steady basis. Customer support personnel were very good at telling me how sorry they were, but when it was all said and done I was told no luck, no refund, my loss on the returns, cost me a lot to get absolutely nothing.

Battery after fully charged using 10 days still have 40% remain. Location discrepency is one block if indoor., I would say it good.

Does not track accurately. Motion sensor does not activate, many trips do not even register. What good is accurate gps if the unit does not wake up half the time? I tried it for a month and only 20 percent accuracy. Good battery life.

GPS tracker never tracked anything except the starting point and ending point which was the staring point. Do not buy this item.
