Excellent product! I suffer from arthritis and this is the best EFA supplement I've found. Using it in conjunction with Primal Force Super Omega has all but eliminated my inflammation pain!

It is wonderful to finally find fish oil that does not have an after taste or create burps! While the capsules are a little large in my opinion, they are easy to swallow. I have these on autoship now so I never run out.

I originally tried this EFA complex to see if it would help with the pain in my feet and legs. It not only helped my feet and legs,but also helped my shoulder to feel better. I have taken just fish oil but it didn't help as well as this combination. I have been taking 4 softgels daily instead of the suggested 2 softgels. My pain isn't totally gone, but it has been helped greatly. I definitely plan to continue taking it. I am also interested in other products. Thank you.

not sure how it works.. but since taking it ..it has jump started by weight loss... I plauted and when I started this I loss 3 lbs in 6 days.. I guess my body needed it😏

Is what it says it they are, and give me a lot less burping trouble compared to other fish oil supplements! Great product!
