A fun project with my grandson. Good product

The directions are very clear and the print happens as quickly as they say it does. I only gave it four stars because it is difficult to make more than one print at once since the paper needs to be under a clear piece of plastic and only one piece of clear plastic is included in the kit.

I used this paper to test the UPF and SPF performance of various sun-protective clothing and sunscreens. I got the idea from a kid's science project I read online. You likely need to use the paper outside, because window glass blocks a decent percentage of UV light, even more so if it's UV treated glass.My testing method worked pretty well; the results were somewhat disappointing. The white UPF shirts I tested failed badly; the black UPF shirts provided excellent protection. Dark blue jeans guarantee complete sun protection. Sunscreen performance was abysmal unless I applied a visible solid white layer, which is hard to achieve in regular wear so wear a hat and sunglasses too. All in all, it's been an enlightening experiment, and I was pleased with the price, quality, and performance of this solar print product.

This activity is very fun for my my daughters. I will need to reorder paper! You can get very creative and each image comes out so clear. I really love the outcome of the cards and designs we have been making. They are unique, the kids have fun and they look fantastic hanging up afterwards. I will be purchasing again as a gift

I remember making solar prints as a kid. Perhaps my memory is wishful thinking but I was unable to replicate the nice contrasts I remember and the prints faded quickly.

We were camping for a week with my niece when I bought this and I wanted to bring some extra activities but that were more outdoor related. This is the perfect activity. At the time she was 3.5 so I had to provide a bit more assistance of setting it out in the sun and putting it in the water. But she loved choosing the items and making the design and thought it was super cool when the picture came out. It's great because it really doesn't require a lot of equipment so it's easy to pack to bring on a trip or an outing.
