I was prepared to return this appliance because my wife just told me we already have a “Cuisinart” Coffee Grinder. I like the Shardor Grinder Better. So, I plan to keep it! I did a side by side comparison and I believe that the Shardor makes a better countertop impression. Although they both cost the same the Shardor has an upscale, professional presence! The Shardor even looks five times more expensive than it really is. It is easy to use and works like a charm. The Manufacturer has the confidence to put his money where his mouth is and offered me an extended warranty if I “Register” my purchase! I am happy to oblige. The only thing Shardor needs to do is work on it brand identity. “Cardia” by Shardor is a suggestion for a high end brand! I would expect to and be willing to pay more! Great coffee grinder

I’m very happy with this electric coffee grinder. It grinds coffee beans quickly and evenly, producing fresh grounds that make my coffee taste much better. The grinder is easy to operate, works efficiently, and is simple to clean after use. It feels sturdy, well made, and runs quietly compared to other grinders I’ve used. The compact design also fits nicely on my kitchen counter. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys freshly ground coffee.

This machine gets the job done, but it is painfully loud. You have to grind a little bit longer than I’m used to in order to get the ideal coffee (not a problem) but about 6 weeks in I’ve stopped sneaking downstairs to make coffee before the household is up…. Because there is no “sneaking” while the jet engine of coffee grinders runs.

I am writing this review 6 years after purchasing and my grinder is still going strong. I prefer this model where you just press down to get the amount of grinding you want as opposed to the model where you set a time on it - I know because I’ve purchased the other Shardor model for friends. I buy these as gifts because I know they last. Do yourself a favor and get the option with two bowls - you will want to use it for spices and washing the coffee out and drying it and all that is a big hassle. I love this thing and plan to have it for years to come. If it broke tomorrow I’d replace it with the same model.

I actually purchase this for grinding my dehydrated garlic and spices from my garden. It served it’s purpose.

I bought a different (and less expensive) grinder several months ago. It worked okay but there were little annoying things about it. Then one day it got bumped and tumbled to the floor and pieces of it went in several directions. I was NOT heart broken over it. This grinder was more than double the price of the last one but, the container inside is bigger than the last, is removeable, and is metal! Those three things in and of themselves make this little grinder TOTALLY worth the extra price.
