This product works! I've used it for years and have had a dental hygienist ask me what I used to keep my teeth so white. The product is gentle and does not make my teeth sensitive. I also put these in my adult kids Xmas stockings.

I'm updating my stars for the company, not the product. The company stood by its name and customer base. They reached out to me. The tips they gave me did not work, so they refunded my money. I want to give more stars for the product because a few years ago it was great, but something has changed. Too liquidy When I bought this a few years ago when it was gel. It works. I followed the directions from the seller on how to make it not liquid. Nothing works. This is hard to put in the mouth tray when it is water. I stand over the sink with the mouth tray on so the liquid will not bleach my top or rug. I know this works for whitening the teeth. But I need the mouth guard to help make that happen, and with liquid in the form of water, that is not an option. I gave this quite a bit of time and tried everything they mentioned, even looking at reviews to see if there was any help. Does it bleach? Yes, Can you use the mouthguard? Not with liquid in the form of water.

I’ve tried several teeth whiteners, some expensive and some not so expensive and this is the best one in my opinion. Reading through the reviews I was on the fence if I should buy it but at this price point, why not? I see some people complain about the tray, well…. It’s a “tray” it’s not supposed to be molded, I tried it out. Then I tried this with a molded mouthpiece I already had and the way I like to do it and got great results was simply not using the tray or mouthpiece, I just swished the gel around for 5 minutes then rinsed and within 3 days I had a few people compliment me on how white my teeth are. As I continued using it I’ve even used the gel on my toothbrush and brushed with it, I’ve always hand built plaque quickly and since using this my teeth are remaining clean which is a bonus! Tray, no tray, whatever, this stuff works amazingly!

This is a terrible product. I finally got through to a live person who told me how to make the gel be a gel and not be liquid.(on the package it says do not use if it is liquid.) I bought the product twice thinking perhaps only one was deffective but carefully following you cannot make it gel. When I try to call the number on the tube i only ads and robo answers about other things. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVIVE

Admittedly, my teeth weren't that bad to begin with. I have coffee stains that aren't super noticeable, and I think that's because I use a good whitening toothpaste. You can see the before and after pictures I included. I was hoping to get the most whitening on my front teeth, which look good now, and also on the bottoms of my bottom teeth, which don't look much different after using the whitening gel every day for a couple of weeks. I had problems with the gel being like water as others have mentioned and read it can be because it's too cold or too hot, so I tried something and it worked...... ---How to turn the watery product into gel: It's cold right now where I live and I put the tube on a heating vent and left it there. It turned the watery mess into gel with no problems at all. I would think blasting the tube with a blow dryer for a few minutes would work, but I don't know that. Heat was the answer for my tube of gel. I hope this works for you to get rid of that infernal watery mess. Overall, I like this kit, but I don't love it. It didn't get rid of all the stains I wanted it to get rid of, but it did get some. The kit *does* work, just not as much as I'd hoped.

Worked to lighten my teeth, but I couldn’t use the included tray, it’s too loose with no back so it doesn’t hold the product in, plus it’s not moldable, I tried. Doesn’t really matter to me though, I have some moldable trays I used this with and worked great with them. I consider the stain mouthwash just an added bonus, I have no idea if it will work and no good way to test it, but for the price all I wanted was the whitening tube anyways, you get a lot for the money. I noticed it slightly burning my gums a bit, just some minor white peroxide burns in a couple areas along my gumline after a few days of 20 minute twice daily use, so that tells me it’s just the right concentration of peroxide. I recommend getting some cheap moldable trays and just throwing the included tray out, it’s too lose, your mouth just fills with saliva and washes the whitener out, plus you can’t open your mouth like you can with individual moldable trays. Great deal for the whitener alone though.

I have been using this for years now. I buy one in January, use it everyday until it is gone and then I'm good for the year. My teeth are pretty white (not ridiculous bleached), but white. This stuff is better than having to sit with something in your mouth for 30 minutes like some products. The mouth guard it comes with is a little big, but all you have to do is cut it to fit if it doesn't work for you the way it comes. Doesn't burn gums (although if you have a canker sore or something, it would), but normally it's good and does not make my teeth sensitive. Would highly recommend!

Currently using it now for around a week. I only use it once daily tho but for sure this product is effective. I didn’t achieve the shade I wanted yet but my teeth stain is slowly going away. The tray is terrible tho. I only used it 2-3x and just switched to applying the product with a q-tip which is the most convenient for me.
