Best for stiff neck/shoulders
I used to have frequent stiff neck and shoulders with the old (foam/feather) pillows and after switching to this MemoryFoam-based pillow, I haven't got them so far. Quite happy for this purchase

Comfy & cozy
Hi guys this pillow is soo soft u will fall in love ASAP ! As I changed my pillow it took me around 1 week to get used to the pillow I gave it a chance . My neck issues were relieved 😌 . Pretty happy with my purchase hope this is helpful

Quality of product deteriorated
Very poor quality this time, have bought same pillow in past also which was fine but this time the quality was very poor and not at all comfortable

Found it quite high & firm - not as comfortable
Bought this for my son as he insisted on a gel infused memory foam pillow. I knew it would probably be too high for him, but decided to use it instead, if so. However, the pillow is not only thick as expected, but it is not soft either. Thought I'd get used to it after a few days, but couldn't, as it hardly compresses when you put your head on it. Now unable to return as I have already used it. Would recommend this only for someone who wants a high & relatively firm pillow.
