This is the best price I have found, it beats my Costco price! That is not easy to do when they are giving you free shipping also! The dose is higher than many on the market so glad to find it. Have bought this at amazon for years. An excellent choice for the price, same ingredients as bigger brands at a much better price. 1 a day easy to swallow very small red gel cap. Lutein and the Zan. items are highly recommended for eye health. Very effective, recommended by my eye doctor to help protect from macular degeneration. Easy to swallow and no stomach upset at all. Taken it off and on for several years. Makes a difference in how fatigued my eyes are at night.

I had lasik surgery over 2 years ago and still suffer from dryness. I was using 2-3 single use moisturizing drop vials per day, and since I have been using this I’ve had to use maaaaybe one vial per day, and have been able to go a few days without needing any drops! I take it at night.

This product contains animal gelatin either from cows or pigs ! The label doesn’t really mention the source of gelatin which raise suspicion that it’s not HALAL! Certainly non vegan. And contain 1% of an oxide substance that is classified by the FDA as a carcinogen ( a chemical that causes cancer )
