Princesses Save the World: A Picture Book

Good story, misguided illustrations
The title is awesome. The story itself is fine, about girls helping each other out and girl power, and saving the bees. And there are different princesses of different races. However, you can tell that the star of the story, and the main leader is a little white princess. The princess whose crops needed saving was a little black princess. And this was supposed to be a birthday present for a black girl.I should have read the story before I bought it.I’m sure you’ll say it’s unintentional, which may be true. But it’s also misguided, in my opinion.Yes, it is about bees, too, which is important. If this means nothing to you, get the story, say I’m too sensitive. Just needed to share an opinion.

Loved the first one and love the second even more!
The pineapple kingdom really comes to life and all the new characters are fun additions to the world! I loved princesses wear pants, it’s a book you can read aloud again and again, but I think I love the second one even more!!

Cute
The book was cute. Women supporting each other and a great subject to discuss. Educating and entertaining . Save the bees

Remind girls they are powerful no matter what they wear!
Loved reading it to my granddaughter; anytime we can emphasize girls are it I will buy every book to make them stronger and have self esteem! This one does that. Thanks Savannah!

Girl Power
This is an OK story about girls coming to the rescue, and teaches about the role of bees in the environment. I thought my 3 yr old granddaughter would love it, but she was bored? non-plussed? at the end. Usually she has me read her a new book several times in succession. This one was a once and done.

Plot for older kids
The first Princess P book is easy to follow for three & six year old, just climaxes with saving a cat from a moat. This second book is too complicated for them. Talks about bee keeping, colonies, pollination, etc. Like the first, though, it is well written & I'm sure they will enjoy it when they get older.

Princess Penelope Pineapple to the rescue!
I bought this book for my granddaughter whose name is Penelope, like the heroine of this story. It’s a great story for little girls. It shows them that girls can do anything and everything.
