Great product. Strong back plate and lots of adjustment.
Excellent. Easy to put on. Lots of adjustment and quite strong backing for posture. I've worn it almost every evening. Hopefully helps with neck and back pain due to my bad posture. Will keep using it. At first I didn't use the cross chest strap but it dug into my armpits. However this was helped when I used the cross chest strap so definately use that when wearing this. It helps.

Quality Shoulder Support Straps and Cushioned Underarm Padding
Putting it on takes a few adjustments at first, mainly because the straps need balancing so they don’t pull unevenly across the shoulders. Once positioned, it sits fairly flat against the upper back and the cushioning under the arms prevents sharp digging into the skin. The material feels light enough for indoor wear, and the fastening system holds its position without constant readjustment. During longer use while working or moving around the house, it gradually encourages the shoulders to stay slightly back rather than slouching forward. There is a mild awareness of pressure under the arms, but it doesn’t interrupt normal activity when the fit is set correctly. Over time it becomes something I can wear for short periods during desk work without needing to take it off frequently.

Provided support where other products had failed🩻👌🏻
I've already reviewed a very similar product to this that I got for my daughter who is EDS (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) and suffers with back pain due to the condition. She thought it was great and said "it's so cool, it's like you're wearing an exo skeleton!" . My partner also has the same condition and so off of the back of my daughter's experience, she wanted to try one to fit the same reason. It's well made and had a large thick velcro waste band. You start by slipping your arms through the shoulder straps, then pull each side of the waste band around so the left side wraps around to the right hand side and the right then overlaps to the left. Pulling the right side taught so you can get the right level of compression (what ever you feel is comfortable) you then lock that in place by bringing the end in contact with the adjacent left side of the waste band. The shoulder straps come over the front and certs over at the back. Pulling on each side to adjust the tension on the shoulder straps and making sure they are equal. When you feel like you're supported suitably, you wrap each side over the top of the thick waste band using the velcro panels on the ends of each strap. The back has 3 rods in it that allow support to the spine. Yo make sure it's fitted correctly, it's great to use a mirror to make sure the back of the harness is in line with your spine. It fits very well and is comfortable to wear although the instructions say to only wear it for 30 minutes on your first go. I'd say wear it for as long as you feel comfortable and take it off or just loosen it if you feel like you need to. Does it work? This is very subjective and I can't speak for all. Both my daughter and partner have bought many different products online, supports, straps and other contraptions that are meant to help... Some have and others haven't. All I can say is they both thought this was a good product but due to the different level (progression)n of their condition, my partner could only wear it for periods of time where my daughter can wear hers for longer periods. That being said, they both fine this product useful and helps with support due to the connective tissue and hyper mobility that the condition causes.... So they kind of feel held together a bit. If you've got EDS or hyper mobility then you'll appreciate what I'm saying. The one my daughter got was almost twice the cost of this one yet they seem almost identical so for value for money this isn't a lot at all and it's with it just to try it. If you get this (or something similar) I hope it helps you and provides support in the same way it has helped them 🤗🩻🎒

Sturdy Support That Encourages Real Posture Change
This posture corrector feels sturdy and well-constructed, with supportive bars that gently guide the shoulders back while helping reduce strain in the lower back. The added cushion pads make a noticeable difference in comfort, especially around the shoulders and underarms, where pressure is usually an issue with similar devices. I experienced relief within the first two hours of use, which was impressive, and after about a week of consistent wear, I noticed more natural self-correction in my posture even when not using it. It also offers solid value when compared to the ongoing discomfort and strain caused by poor posture over time. Sizing and color options make it easier to find a good fit, and I personally found the most comfort wearing it over a T-shirt rather than directly against the skin. It has a relatively low-profile design, so it can be worn discreetly under clothing without feeling bulky. Overall, a supportive and effective posture aid that balances structure with comfort, especially for daily use.

Comfortable And Supportive Posture Corrector With Adjustable Fit And Everyday Wearability
I ordered the Rakiie Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Upgraded Back Brace with Enhanced Support, Shoulder Straightener with Cushioned Shoulder Pads & Underarm Pain Relief Strap (Rose Red, L) because I spend long hours at a desk and started noticing some slouching and upper back discomfort. I wanted something that would gently encourage better posture without feeling too restrictive or bulky. I ordered it through the Amazon Vine Review Program and here are my honest and unbiased thoughts about it. The Product: This posture corrector is designed as a wearable upper back support system with multiple structural features. It includes four flexible support rods integrated into the back panel, which help guide the spine into a more upright position. The straps wrap around the shoulders and torso, and there are adjustable hook and loop closures to customize the fit. One of the standout design elements is the padded shoulder sections, which aim to reduce pressure and prevent digging. There is also an additional underarm relief strap, which helps reduce friction and discomfort in that area. The material itself feels lightweight and breathable, so it can be worn under clothing without being overly noticeable. I started using it during my workday while sitting at my desk, and the first thing I noticed is that it acts more like a reminder rather than forcing your body into a rigid position. When adjusted properly, it gently pulls the shoulders back and encourages you to sit straighter. I followed the suggestion to wear it for shorter periods at first, around 20 to 30 minutes, and gradually increased the duration. The padded straps definitely help with comfort, especially compared to thinner designs that can dig into the skin. I also found that wearing it over a light shirt makes a big difference in overall comfort. What I liked most is that it provides support without completely restricting movement. I could still move around and go about my day normally. On the downside, it does take a bit of time to adjust everything correctly when you first use it, and if it is not tightened enough, you can still fall back into bad posture habits. Also, like most posture correctors, it is not something you want to wear non-stop, your body needs time to adapt. I also tested it during lighter activities around the house and while standing, and it stayed in place reasonably well. It did not slide around too much once secured, and the breathable material helped avoid that overheated feeling that some braces can cause. The support level feels moderate rather than extremely rigid, which is actually a benefit for long term use since it helps train posture instead of forcing it. What I noticed after a few days is that I became more aware of my posture even when not wearing it, which is exactly what I was hoping for. On the downside, durability of the straps and attachments is something that will really show over time, and that is something I cannot fully judge yet. The Conclusion: Overall, I think this is a well designed posture corrector that balances support and comfort quite well. It is not meant to be a quick fix, but more of a tool to help build better posture habits over time. The adjustable fit, padded areas, and breathable materials make it suitable for daily use in short sessions. As long as you use it consistently and correctly, it can be a helpful addition to improving posture and reducing strain. My rating for this product is 5 out of 5 stars. Posture Perfection Packaged
If I could give this more than 5 stars I would definitely because that is how great this actually helps alleviate my back pain immediately putting it on which speaks volume of how medically designed it is. I began having back pain back in the 2nd grade (when dinosaur’s roamed the earth) some 50 some odd year’s ago when I was standing backwards on a diving board and slipped, hitting the top of my mouth upon the board, losing completely my 2 permanent main teeth and lodging each tooth on either side up into my nasal cavity. (The 2 permanent main teeth sunk to the bottom of the pool and were retrieved immediately by my sister as they were thankfully sitting beside the drain and had not been suctioned away. My mouth looked like raw hamburger meat as I was rushed to the emergency dentist where he successfully was able to re-attach the 2 permanent teeth and pull down the each side of the other 2 and then attach and secure with a metal wire band). Needless to say, almost 2 decades later, I had to have oral surgery to remove them because my body began to reject them and a permanent bridge was put in place. During those year’s in between, I began having back and neck issues to even hip and finally when I was able to go see a chiropractor, the x-rays showed why. Every x-ray that I am having to take has the chiropractor or doctor asking me if I have been in a major/fatal car accident due to the opposite placement of my neck/spine and more. As I have aged, abused my body more having to lift/carry etc., the pain has increasingly gotten worse and it doesn’t matter if I am sitting, standing, walking or even lying down…any amount of prolonged any of the above leads to the pain and discomfort. I also want to add that I was also diagnosed with the onset of scoliosis (spelled wrong I am sure) in elementary school which my father took me to one chiropractic visit and decided there would be no more. I also am left-handed and my stepmother would come home from work and find me doing my homework with my head down on the right side of the table as I was writing so, my posture has never been great nor improved but only gotten significantly worse. I have repeatedly asked for a back brace to relieve the pain but to also help improve my posture because we can always improve or change what’s wrong but, apparently medical professional’s that tell us such disagreed with this as I was told a brace is not worth it now as it is too late and won’t be worth it. They are PROVEN WRONG WITH THIS BACK BRACE RIGHT HERE AND I AM THE PHYSICAL PROOF! Easy to put on and secure to your needed fit/comfort level and immediately, each time that I am feeling the pain and discomfort, I put this one and as soon as I pull the 2 side straps and secure, the pain is gone and my posture can be felt being corrected into place. I haven’t used the additional strap included for the front but, I know that would even make it better. I feel immediate relief for the time that I am wearing this and can wear without the shoulder’s becoming irritated for almost 2 hours and once I take it off, the pain is still absent for quite some time after and I am free to live and go about my life like normal pain free. I can’t stress how much this has helped as trust me, I have multiple other’s that do nothing but feel awkward and are cheaper quality and this right here is the one that I have needed since the beginning. Amazing relief that I am very thankful, grateful and appreciative for.

Helps in more Ways than One!
This posture corrector has really been surprising me!! For reference, I am 5'5", 160lbs. I normally wear an L to XL in tops, but I do not wear them snug. I honestly didn't think to measure for this, because similar items in the past have been around a medium for me, but i will say, my bust is 38, so I know under it is much less - and my waist, which we are not supposed to use, but for comparison, is around 30 - 32 inches. To me, this fits perfect. Especially since you can let it out or in depending on how tight you velcro it. For the velcro aspect, to get a proper fit, you velcro the wide bands around your upper waist, as tight as is comfortable, then, the upper part cris-crosses in the back and comes around at the bottom, pulling your shoulders back as tight as you want as you velcro them across the wide waist band. Nice concept, and it makes it, well, these type things aren't exactly comfortable, but not a negative feeling. First, I knew, and hope others do too, this is not for full support, and its not going to do that. I got into this knowing I have to do a little work on my own, because it gives training over time. Full support when not needed yet would just make me weaker, and I know that. After using for a while (I won't say every day, because I often forget), i am actually having a bit less shoulder and neck pain. i am very out of line, and I think it puts those places in proper alignment. A huge thing I noticed from the get go, and didn't even realize it was a problem (i knew I had a problem, but I didn't know this had anything to do with it) is that I can breath a lot better. I have been supposed to see a pulmonologist, but kept putting it off. I do have actual lung problems, but have now realized a lot of that had to do with my "out of alignment pains" - resulting in less than steller posture. Anyway, it has really helped in that, especially when walking the dog. Another thing is that i was trying to build bone and muscle back up because I can't workout as regularly as I'd like, so I do little things that I can to help. Since this is so close to the skin, I can wear my weighted vest (not heavy) over it, and it doesn't cause me pain like it does when I don't. I haven't been able to use it much for a while, but can do it, atleast on the short walks with my dog, since I don't want to push it. Also, I do feel that it is slowly helping me to pull back - but one of the ways it does that is that it shows you how you are supposed to feel when in proper alignment - something so easy to forget when you have been crooked(lol) for so long. And knowing that, helps you get there a little easier on your own - and makes you more aware of how you are holding yourself so that you can correct it. i love that aspect. It really does get irrititating under the arms if you wear it very tight like I do, and there is a provided chest strap that you can use if that really bothers you - I didn't notice it at first, til i saw how red that under the arms area was. Anyway, the chest strap can pull it down from that spot. i don't use it, because I find it uncomfortable for me, and, for me atleast, it seems to lessen the help that the vest is giving. Anyway, If nnot needing full support - but wanting to retrain your body, I recommend! It truly has been helpful for me.

Honest Review
This is a great product that provides immediate relief for back strain and poor posture. The "Rose Red" color is vibrant, but the slim profile means it actually fits discreetly under a work shirt when worn over an undershirt. It’s "easy to work with" and functions as a physical reminder to keep your shoulders back and your spine neutral. Technical & Comfort Highlights: Enhanced Support System: Unlike simple strap-only correctors, this model features flexible support rods in the back. This provides a "structured" feel that supports the lumbar and thoracic spine simultaneously. Ergonomic Shoulder Pads: The inclusion of cushioned pads is a major win. They help distribute the tension across your collarbone rather than letting the straps dig in. Underarm Pain Relief Strap: This is the most thoughtful part of the design. As noted, the first couple of days can cause some underarm soreness as your body adjusts to the new position. The extra relief strap is specifically designed to bridge the gap and reduce that "binding" sensation. Breathable Fabric: The material is lightweight and perforated, which is essential if you plan to wear it during a full shift at the office or while working in the garage. Customizable Tension: The Velcro straps are strong and allow for micro-adjustments, making it easy to tighten the support as your muscles get stronger and your posture improves. ⚠️ "Break-In" & Usage Tip: The "2-Hour" Rule: Don't try to wear this for 8 hours on day one! Your muscles need time to retrain. Start with 20–30 minutes a day and gradually increase the time as your "front underarm" soreness fades. Layering for Comfort: Wearing it over a thin undershirt is the "pro move." It prevents skin-to-neoprene friction and keeps the brace cleaner for longer. Correct Sizing: Ensure the waist belt sits firmly around your upper waist/underbust. If it's too low, the shoulder straps will pull harder on your armpits; keeping it higher helps the back rods do the heavy lifting. Final Verdict: Durable, helpful, and priced right for the quality of support it provides. It’s a simple, effective way to treat back strain and build better long-term habits. Highly recommended! Disclaimer: I received this product through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest review.
