Ok..so I took Censor back in 2004-2006, as part of a GNC supplement weight loss program that included it in the regimen. I lost 100 lbs over a 2 year period, combining exercise, diet and the supplements, going from 220 lbs to 120 lbs. I also bought the Censor separately after stopping the program and noticed that when I took the Censor, the fat seemed to just continue to melt off my hips and backside, I took 3 in the a.m. and 2 at night, which is still basically the recommended dosage, (2 softgels up to 3 times daily it says on the bottle). I am in my 50’s now and due to switching from a job where I walked a lot, to a more sedentary job, (and not being very good about watching my diet too), I gained some unwanted lbs. I have been doing keto for the past 5 1/2 months and doing a walkfit excercise plan (Leslie Sansone, on DVD) multiple times a week. I felt that even though I was doing these things, the weight was not coming off my hips, butt and thighs as well as it did when I lost weight as a younger, non perimenopausal woman. So I decided to give Censor another shot. I take 2 in the morning after breakfast and 2 at night after eating supper. The fat in those stubborn areas has definitely started melting away but it is not in instant process, you have to give it time and be consistent with taking it. I can’t speak to it’s effectiveness if you are just wanting to take a pill but not watch your diet or exercise. But I would definitely recommend this if you have some stubborn areas that are hanging on and you are doing everything you can with diet and exercise.

Just recently started back taking these 3x’s a day. I purchased my 1st bottle from here but I purchased the others from eBay they are way cheaper

Didn't take it long enough to see results and did not like it because it made your breath smell like fish every time you would breathe or talk. Doctor said it was all natural supplements.
