My 5 year grandson had a problem pooping and then became afraid to use the bathroom all together. My kids love these vitamins and think they taste like candy. They are always excited to take their vitamins whenever i bring them out. Recommend for your kids trying to keep their tummies healthy when not eating the best. They refuse to eat veggies and greens so this has helped us a lot with tummy issues and using the potty.
