Q: Its nonstick as per guudeline but biught few days back and today made Omlet, it stick badly aft applying butter where am i wrong pls guide.

Since it has stainless steel mesh it has a tendency to stick for the first use after washing. Either apply a little more oil/butter for the first time OR this problem will not be there when you fry the second omelette with additional oil/butter. I generally apply more oil/butter for the first time and don’t apply any more oil for the second time. It doesn’t stick
