Think the bracket will fit in most any compound bow but it is designed to be used with a Bohning quiver.

Will this fit a pse raven quiver?

It should Bohning isn’t exclusive to one manufacturer, Granted I don’t know a oot about pse but from what I understand Bohning is universal.

Will this fit a ten point quiver?

Yes. I have a Wicked Ridge and Ten Point and it fits both.
