Doesn't work the way it is marketed
The product is not too comfortable and the quality is mediocre. The plates inside are very uncomfortable and doesn't adjust to the neck of an individual. It also takes an equal amount of space as that of a memory foam pillow, so actually no tangible benefit from the product.
