how durable is the felt? Very worried it's going to wear through very quickly. I have hardwood floors

The cover is pretty thick. However the ball itself wouldn’t hurt the hardwood floors. I don’t think you would be disappointed with the cover.

How do you clean the cover?

You deflate the ball and remove the cover. I then put it in the washing machine.
