Slow delivery and damaged product
This board was several weeks late delivering past the promised date. Difficult to get updates on status. When it finally did arrive the box was damaged and torn. It was delivered on a semi truck so I did not see the item until they got to my building with it. I was very wary about accepting it and had another coworker come look before we came in with the box. It appeared just pearing in the box as well as we could that there was some type of foam and aluminum packing around the board and the actual white boards were on the very inside of the package so we hoped all was well since we had waited so long for our board. We had to wait for our company installers to come and hang our board. We were shocked when they opened the box and pulled the boards out to see what kind of condition they were actually in. There is a bumped out spot on one 8 ft. piece of the board and the other 8 ft piece has damaged metal trays. Both pieces have the board backing showing on the edges where the two pieces are suppose to join up to make the 16 ft board. It does not appear that it would have gone together in the middle to make one good 16ft board. We are VERY unhappy with this purchase.
