I have repurchased this Bulletproof MCT oil many times because I won’t start my day without it! I take 2 tsp (max dosage is 1TBSP) in my morning coffee and it helps me feel more focused and energized than just plain coffee. I don’t take Bulletproof MCT oil just for keto effects, but I also notice a positive effect on my brain! I can always tell when I’ve had coffee without it! There’s really no smell or taste and using a small whisk it blends well into my coffee. I’ve also used it in protein shakes and I like it that way too. I’ve had no stomach upset or issues. I think you need to figure out the dose that works best for you and gradually increase as tolerated. It’s very easy to use, super high quality and a great value for the price! I always buy the largest bottle as it is the most cost-effective. The expiration date is about 3 years out so this product stays fresh a long time. I also like that it’s got a safety seal. Overall it’s my favorite MCT oil and I would recommend.

Added to coffee along with collagen. Gives added energy with no added flavor. Mixes very well and the pour spout make it easy to use with no mess. Great product will order again.

The oil itself, thumbs up. The oil leaks down out of the cap and makes the bottle oily, plus the loss of expensive oil. Also the price, SIGNIGICANT price increase after we bought it once, from around $21 to close to $30. Do not plan to buy again at that price. Cannot recommend due to leaking and price issues.

It's a great product, I take it every day with my coffee and I feel alot better.

I have been dosing daily for 3 months and though I can't connect any physical gains in that period, I love my first cup of coffee with a Tbs of Bullet Proof in the cup. It's delicious and I'm looking for the promised mental boost.
