Good Quality & Snug Fit
I purchased this encasement for a 2 in latex topper that I purchased last year from a local latex mattress store. I couldn't get rid of the strong topper smell after nearly a year (like a box of rubber bands..horrid.) This cover /encasement has lessened the smell by about 60 percent! This cover is 100 pct cotton and seems quality construction. I wanted a full 100% cotton encasement like this to keep cool while sleeping. other mattress covers that are not 100% cotton and claim to be moisture wicking or waterproof will make you sweat!! this cover fits very snugly and I was worried that my topper was not going to flatten out in it but it did. because it is so snug it does somehow increase the firmness of my topper which I'm not super impressed about however I guess it's better than the cover being too big and causing creases and wrinkles to sleep on. overall this is the best priced 100% cotton enasement I have found. I love that it is machine washable and I would recommend this product especially if you are trying to control the odor of a latex mattress topper. to be clear I also have a latex mattress encased in wool and have never had an odor so I'm not sure why the topper I purchased from a local retailer smells so strong after a year.

Very nice
I love latex toppers and think this is a necessity for them if you want to keep hair from getting stuck all over and make them much easier to move and put sheets on. I have two 2” toppers layered on top of each other, and this 3” cover fit them both together with room to spare. Very easy to unzip and place the latex on top then zip up. Looks great/high quality.

nice quality
We are very happy this this topper cover and the 3inch latex topper! I bought the Sleep On Latex 3 inch mattress topper and needed to cover it. This encasement, by the same company, has a full zipper all the way around to fully cover and protect the latex mattress topper. The top side of the cover is a thick velour type material- very soft. The bottom is a thick sweatshirt type material. I mainly wanted to protect the topper from ripping when the bed was changed or it was moved since we bought if for a college dorm (twin xl). There was a rip in the topper when we received it, but I don't want to go through the trouble of returning such a large item. Other than that the natural topper is great; void of any toxic smells. And, the cover is natural as well. We bought another matress pad that will go over the encased topper and around the college dorm matress. When I went to college I just slept on what ever they had and bought a comforter from walmart!

Such Nice Fabric
After finally getting this (delivery issues, not their fault), I was so excited to put it on the latex topper I got (from the same company). I had slept on the new latex topper on my new Memory Foam mattress, and it has been super nice., eliminating back pain in a big way! I noticed a chemical odor, a few nights ago, so I am hopeful this will help. Putting it on isn’t easy, but I read a prior review about unzipping it all the way, first, and I did that, and that helped a lot. Once I got it completely underneath the topper, I pulled the corners to flatten it out, then as I was zipping it up, I was tucking the topper in, especially the corners, and making sure the corners fit fully, as the topper will eventually flatten out the liner. If you look at my pictures, there was plenty of fabric (almost too much, mostly), so there was a bit of a messy fit. But after I made the bed, you couldn’t see it, it had stretched out. Even though it’s a bit pricy, I found it worth it. It is well made and the fabric is luxurious and washable. I know it will help with shifting the mattress about, having the topper so conveniently packaged up! BTW, the company was fantastic replacing this as my original order never showed up. They were a joy to deal with!

Nice fabric, nice zipper, nice fit
I bought this for my mattress topper, as I attach my fitted sheet to only my mattress topper when they shrink and become too small for my entire mattress and topper. It's a very nice top fabric and a sturdy bottom fabric. The top (and sides) fabric is stretchy; however, the bottom fabric is a woven cotton duck which has very little give. This worried me because my mattress and topper is latex foam; and the manufacturer recommended only a stretch cover to ensure that the buoyancy of the foam is unimpeded. I haven't noticed a big difference in the feel of the mattress with this cover, but if it shrinks with washing, I may end up making expansion slits in the bottom fabric to allow the foam to respond better. It's not particularly hard to install on a calking topper: I simply unzipped the entire thing, fitted the top portion, attached the zippers, then slide the bottom fabric on all four corners and zipped. Easy.

I'm Impressed
With a zipper that goes all the way around, this is a breeze to put on! When I unzipped this cover and laid the latex topper on it, the cover looked ridiculously small. I panicked for a moment thinking that there is NO way it would fit but sure enough, it's a perfect fit. This is a quality cover.

Lovely, until you wash it
It fits well on the pad, it is actually a bit large and you have wrinkles to work to the ends but no big deal. I took it off to wash like my usual bedding and both the top and bottom strank. Figured it was due to the heat (though I do not use high heat--even thuogh it santizes, I don't want to shrink my things). I bought another one, as you have to with the latex covers otherwise they will start to fall apart, I washed on cold and air-dryed and still it strunk.

The less expensive option.
New bed has a memory foam pillow top and was too hot to sleep on. I kept waking up with a damp shirt. The 2 in. latex foam was a lot cheaper than a new bed, and it offers enough of a separation between the memory foam to allow me to sleep comfortably at least through the winter (latex doesn't absorb your body heat like memory foam does). During the warmer months I'm still too warm so I put a cooling blanket over it and together, they allow me to sleep comfortably.
