I cannot believe how much my cat LOVES this food! 😻 I’ve tried a few "healthy" cat foods before, but nothing got her excited like Purina Beyond Grain Free Whitefish and Egg. As soon as I opened the bag, she was meowing like crazy and couldn’t wait to eat.I feel so much better knowing she’s getting real whitefish and no grains or artificial junk. Plus, her fur is softer, and she’s been way more playful lately — a total win. Yes, it’s a little pricier, but honestly, seeing her so happy and healthy is 100% worth it. If you’re on the fence, just go for it — you won't regret it!!

I got this product due to the ingredients. It does not feature by-product waste ingredients. The cats love it, they will pick this over any other brand. I also got this due to its high protein. Always smells fresh.

I appreciate the transparency about the ingredients and the supply chain, and according to our vet, Purina is very good about testing its food to have the correct nutrients. My cats absolutely love this kibble, actually more than they liked some of the fancier kinds we have tried. I also appreciate that the food stays fresh long enough for us to go through the whole bag, even without putting it in airtight containers.

I was feeding my cats Science Diet for a while, thinking it was good for them, but they seemed to be vomiting a lot more than cats should, I mean like almost everyday I was cleaning up cat vomit between two cats. So, I began the hunt for a new food. I was told Blue Buffalo was a good brand of quality food, but my cats would not touch it. They ended up losing weight while I had them on the Blue Buffalo, simply because they would not eat enough of it. I tried some other quality foods I found at the pet store in the natural foods department, but my cats wouldn't eat that stuff. One day at the grocery store, I just wanted to get something, anything, for my hungry kitties, and I found the Purina Beyond brand, which seemed a better quality than typical grocery store cat food. I bought the Purina Beyond Chicken flavor and my kitties gobbled it up so quick; they loved it! BUT it sure made them so stinky, I couldn't stand it. I liked that they liked it and the convenience of not having to go to a specialty store, so I decided to try a different flavor/protein content (can't remember which one it was), and I saw some improvement, but not enough. Then I tried this grain free version since I read that cats don't really digest grain well (they are carnivores, afterall), and finally found a food that they like that doesn't make them stinky or vomit-y. It's convenient that I can pick it up at the grocery store if I happen to run out, though I prefer the convenience of ordering on Amazon. It's also a much better value to purchase the bigger size (though I recommend picking up a small bag to try it out first). My kitty is nice and plump and happy, my house doesn't have cat vomit all over the carpet, and the litter box doesn't smell like anything. I finally found a winner.Another thing I like, and I don't know if it's just my kitties that did this, but they always made such a mess with the Science Diet. They would crunch through the giant pieces, then they wouldn't eat the little pieces that broke off. I was always stepping on the crumbs and the bottom of their food dish would be full of crumbs that I had to throw out because they wouldn't eat them. With this Purina Beyond, the pieces are smaller than the Science Diet, so they eat the whole thing. The Blue Buffalo had tinier pieces, but my kitties would dig through the bowl and it would spill all over the floor (probably because they didn't like it). But if this kind spills, they eat it up. So, this cat food ends up being less messy in that way, too.Who knew that all my little complaints about having cats (stepping on cat food crumbs, stinky litter box, cleaning up vomit everyday) was directly related to the food I was feeding them. Now that I don't have those issues anymore, having a cat is even more enjoyable. Side note: brush kitty's hair regularly to get the loose hairs off him so he doesn't get any in his tummy when he grooms himself and you won't have to worry about hairballs anymore, either.

I have never seen our cat prefer this to treats he gets. I do highly recommend this product and buy before they run out again! Mister Cat has been grumpy so I just got home from the hospital to find him saddened that his special in-house cat dish was empty of his favorite kibbles. He meowed at me pawed at the empty bag, put his face in the empty bowl, and meowed again. Today I get to tell him that he has a surprise coming in the mail and will arrive next week. I had to try a different cat kibble, which he was just ok with. My partner said that he has been down and probably because I had been gone for the month dealing with health complications but things are on the mend slowly so I got to go back home to my boys. We're happy that Mister Cat's favorite food is back and he will be happy a happy boy again! Thank You! =^;^=
