My color washed out why?

Mine washed out too. I don't know why, I suppose to be permanent.

How soon after bleaching can this product be applied?

Hi, give your hair 48 hours to recover, the important point is not to add any conditioner between treatments as thus will effect the longevity of the colour

My hair is a yellowish gray.not pretty. Will this work on my hair? I want all silver

Turned mine a dark grey-blue. Didn’t like it.

will this make my grey hair turn more of a white color?

Hi, this product would not be suitable for what you are looking for, you would need a product like our bleach-it or our Smart Blonde+Plex Platinum Blonde. Hope this helps.
