Haven’t used it as it’s for a gift but seems really sturdy! The bottom also detaches for easier use.

Keeps my tarts crisp and easy to dismantle and clean. The quality is definitely reflected in the cost - Tala just make excellent baking trays and tins!

Slightly smaller than I was imagining but having said that they are quite deep so probably equal the size of a ready made shop quiche. They are very heavy and excellent quality. Cook pastry evenly. Can't go wrong with Tala bakeware

Cooked Jamie Olivers Pannetone chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding in it. Worked well and delicious pud!
