Health Mate Ultimate Personal Infrared Sauna

I purchased a 3 person Health Mate infrared Sauna several years ago. Still have the sales receipt which states that I had a lifetime warranty on electronics heaters, and wood. Well my display unit/controller has gone bad and when I contacted Health Mate they said the company has changed hands, even though still doing business as Health Mate, and my warranty is no longer valid. I would not recommend this dishonest company to anyone, they simply do not stand behind their producst. As many service companies as I see doing repairs of the Health Mate controllers on line it appears this is a common problem that they never cover under warranty. Do your research, don't trust this company.

I got this to warm up because of my Reynauds Syndrome. The salesman told me it would also get ride of my vericose veins. I didn't believe him, but it has. It also helps with my arthritis. I don't like getting into a small enclosed box, but this is great, because it leaves my head out so I don't feel trapped. I spend 30 minutes every night reading in it before bed. My toes go to bed warm and stay that way. I have long legs, I'm 6', and i fit OK, but I would like a little more leg space. It's been working every night for 4 years without a problem.
