Construction Management: Subcontractor Scopes of Work

Great reference document
I own a contracting firm and can attest that a well written scope of work solves many many problems. This is the first book I've found that covers such a broad variety of elements and quickly bridges the experience gap some junior PM's and superintendents face in considering everything they want their subcontractors to do. It will payback its cost in time and money on the first change order you avoid.

Very informative.
Very informative book, I especially like the attention to detail and the overall size of the book isn't to demanding.

This book is excellent. When I am writing a bid package or contract I always have this book on my desk and skim the chapter on each scope I'm righting. The insight in this book has saved me much trouble and many a change orders. If you are in construction as an estimator, project manager or even superintendent you need to read this book. Understanding scope is one of the biggest hurdles on a project from the person estimating it to the person building it. I have been all three and this is my number one recommended book to anyone new to the industry.
