Use it regularly for my arthritic fingers on one hand! The other hand with a trigger finger- also helps to keep your hands soft- use w/ castor oil, cotton gloves and a plastic bag! Control is a little finicky- goes from warm to very hot very quick!

Although I hate the color. ;)Like my other personal heating devices, adjusting the heat takes a bit of practice. I’ve seen other reviews claiming that the heat can’t be adjusted to a comfortable level. I have not found this to be the case. Make small changes in the setting and wait a little for it to take effect. You should be able to reach just the right temperature.I like to put some CBD ointment on my hand and cover it with a light cotton glove, to keep the product clean. It’s not a miracle cure, but it reduces the pain in my hand,

The heated mitts work good. My only complaint is the size. They need to be a bit wider. Because of the snugness (I have small hands) you lose a lot of wax inserting your hands in the mitts.I would recommend them.

The only fault I find is that the control is almost impossible to read. But I soon figured it out. My package was a day late because it was mis-delivered by the Postal Service. But today I watched for the mailman and he was so helpful in finding my envelope. I have a cluster mailbox and the P.O. Person stuck it in the wrong box yesterday.Today I got it! I used it for the first time and it was well worth the wait. Love it, Love it, Love it! I know it won't heal my arthritis, but it certainly does take the pain away and made me very relaxed.

I've had these for over a month now and have tried them on a numerous occasions as I have severe arthritis in my hands and was looking for some relief at the end of the day. They're very temperamental when it comes to heating. The adjustment dial doesn't always respond right away either. One time they're too hot, and can't get them to cool down, and the next they take too long to heat up. Still trying to find the right setting on them. I will keep trying, not sure I would purchase again.

It is suggested in the directions that you wrap your hands in plastic wrap. I found this virtually impossible to do by myself so instead, I took two plastic grocery bags and turned them inside out so the printing wouldn't come off on the inside of the mitts. I stick my hands into the mitts inside the grocery bags and it is great. It really makes my arthritic thumbs feel better. I first use my paraffin spa therapy and then use the mitts and it makes a great deal of difference.

These are a joke! After the very first use, one entire side stopped working. So I had to do one hand at a time or squish both hands into one. It took a while for me to use it for the first time, so it was past the return policy date. The one hand that does work goes back and forth between melt your skin off hot to as cold as an iceberg. The dial seems as if you get options on the heat settings, but it's there just to fool you. I have better luck using my own heating pad folded in half wrapped in a towel. At least it stays hot the entire time at a normal level. Extremely disappointed and will never buy again.

The best feature of these gloves is that they get hot on the highest setting. I hate when a heating product doesn’t get hot enough, we are all adults here and can turn the temperature down when we need to. I use these with paraffin wax on my arthritic hands so high heat is important for pain control. Thank you!
