This rub is Excellent for muscle soreness, neck and back tightness. Make sure skin is clean from showering. Dry well . Slowly massage it in and put on a 100% cotton t-shirt and relax . Dr Singah’s products are excellent and I highly recommend mustard bath as well. I first discovered the mustard bath in Earth Fare Store in Asheville NC in 2010 (sadly no longer in business). Felt a cold/flu coming and the sales person recommended this . Wow! I took a hot bath and soaked for about 15 min. Rinsed off and wrapped up in warm cotton pj’s and went to bed. Slept like baby and felt MUCH BETTER! Been using it ever since. I LOVE THE SMELL…very soothing. Both products work amazingly. I love authentic Ayurvedic products and am a verified purchaser. SG

I am a huge fan of Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath so being a massage therapist I decided to try the Mustard Rub. It is a wonderful massage oil and my clients love it! I am very sensitive to fragrance and find many to be overpowering. The Mustard Rub along with the Mustard Bath have the most beautiful aromas that I find intuitively centering and calming. I have also massaged the Mustard Rub onto my feet at night putting on socks afterwards. Waking up my feet feel refreshed and soft. LOVE this product!!!

It has been the best relief from knee pain that I’ve ever found, Hard to find in stores, but worth it. It goes to show that old fashioned remedies have been found to help.

This product works well. Goes into the skin quickly. I have used it on my hands and knees and muscles. Really helps a lot on my arthritic hands. In areas where you don't have a lot of thickness under the skin like hands and knees it works extremely well. Sometimes I mix it with Shea butter and a small amount of tea leaf oil as a preservative. Then put it on my hands and cover with a glove. The pain relief lasts much longer. I can hold a tennis racquet and play tennis when using this product. For me its better than steroid shots which can only be given infrequently.

This is a "miracle" muscle rub. Put it on at night before going to bed and you will not have an ache in the morning. I did not believe my wife (she had previously used it). But it really, really works. Caution: it is an oil, so rub in well. It has an odor but it is very faint. There is no strong menthol odor. The only one who seemed to mind the smell was our cat who ran from the room after I opened the bottle! A great product.
