Just paid less than 20$ for this

Does Thor's cape come off?

No, you can't do that. Only way you cut it off from glued place, in front of his chest. So, that's not wise movement if you don't think anything about figure customization by yourself. :)

How much does he weigh?

I sold my collection but I do recall this particular Thor was a solid figure. It had good heft to it. It was not a rotocast figure like the ML Hyperion figure. Hope this helps.
