These are the same exact biscuits that I ate as a kid back in the Czech Republic. My kids love to eat them dipped in tea.

We have an exchange student from the Czech Republic living with us...in the U.S. and he was homesick for these.We ordered for him and the cookies were shipped all the way from Poland. Took approximately a month for them to arrive.He was pleased with that they were the real thing. Very similar to an American brand called "Vanilla Wafers". Not as much vanilla and a good bit less sugar. We'll purcase that type locally next time.
