L Lysine – 1000mg L-Lysine with Biotin & B12 – 180 Vegan Tablets

I've been using these since March 2021. I get (spoiler: got) coldsore's frequently. Early last year I got three, one after the other, so I had coldsore's for about 2 months straight. My sister mentioned lysine helped her. I started taking these (I take two a day) and didn't notice I wasn't getting any until I forgot to take the tablets for a couple of weeks (probably around Oct) and got a coldsore. I started taking them again. I haven't had one since. I don't worry every time my lip tingles anymore. I don't know if these will work for everyone but they feel like little miracle tablets to someone like me who has been getting at least 6 coldsore's a year all my life. Beyond highly recommended for anyone who suffers with coldsore's.

I honestly cannot recommend this product enough. After being plagued by cold sores for many of the 48 years of my life, both on my lips and nose. Which have been hugely unsightly, painful and extremely irritating. Nothing worked to clear them up quickly, most lasting a full two weeks before they healed up. At times one would spread (as the do) and lead to another, so another two weeks of pain. I tried this product and now can go 6 months without an attack, when I do get an attack they are less aggressive and with a doubled up dose they last a maximum of 5 days. The one down side is the tablet is massive to swallow, but this is a small price to pay for the benefits. I would urge any fellow sufferers to give them a try, would love to hear if they work for others too!

Although these tablets are HUGE take with a large gulp of water and they go down easily. I take one of these each day and I am completely free of cold sore breakouts. If you are prone to frequent episodes these really are a life saver! Just be sure not to miss a day or two as you will breakout but not as severely as previously

Delivery fantastic. Been taking on/off for a while to help with cold sores. But, stopped taking and got a huge one so back on it again. Taking daily but pretty useless so know I’ll probably miss 2/3 per week so time will tell. I’m now also more aware of other advantages so will monitor that - skin, nails, fitness and weight!! Also fights viruses so with corona around you never know. Im a pretty fit 62 and vegetarian so do also look myself anyway- hoping this will just add to my resilience... time will tell. And, they are big so just drink lots of water to get down!

Value for money,some people may struggle to swallow but I'm ok with glass of water

Great value for money. Appear identical to more expensive hight Street brands. Like all High strength lysine they are a little on the large side!

Tranexamic acid (good apparently for melasma) is a synthetic derivative of the amino acid lysine which is why I bought these. Hadn't planned on nearly choking to death trying to swallow them. Not only are they huge, but they are rather hard chalky so feel like they have grated your throat.Have now dug out my mortar and pestle to grind them up to avoid any accidents though I did try my coffee grinder first - too powdery and dusty.Apart from that I haven't the faintest idea if they work as most supplements need to be taken for about six months to monitor effectiveness.

Always helps cold sores heal faster and probably would keep outbreaks away too if I’d remember to take them. Many people swear by these being better than a drs script for antivirals.

Bei mir anscheinend leider wirkungslos trotz Einnahme von 1 Kapsel präventiv am Tag und bei Infektion 3 Stück am Tag absolut null Wirkung.
