Very nice Instant Hot Faucet. Designed to work with quick and hot or similar tanks and similar with one water inlet and one out. Easy to install and plumb. comes with most often used brass connectors. Very happy with this purchase.

I like the look of this faucet. It does not look cheap and it doesn't feel cheap. It works just like it is supposed to with a very solid, confident mechanism. Installation was easy.

This is the second unit that we bought. Within 2 years, the faucet started leaking and there is no way to fix it because there is no replacement parts for the cartridge that is has an o ring that can be causing the leak or a faulty cartridge. If you do not like to keep replacing the faucet every year or so which is about $200 buy a better brand. So disappointed that amazon keeps this guys in business.

Purchased to replace a Waste King hot water tap that was leaking causing the faucet to dribble.* This item is NOT the same as Waste King H711-SN, though it looks very similar. But it will fit the Waste King / Anaheim / Westbrass Quick & Hot, or any boiling water tank with a 3/8 compression outlet and 1/4 comp inlet. You might need extra fittings, but it comes with a T-adapter and 3/8 to 1/4 compression adapter and all the fittings needed to connect to that tank. On the old faucet, the spigot tube could be disconnected and a 14mm deep well could tighten it to the counter. On this faucet, the tube goes all the way up to the spout and is semi-permanently attached. This makes install in tight spaces very difficult. You can see in my image there is an orange plastic spacer which just barely allows a normal depth 22mm 3/8 drive socket held in vice grips with the tube out the back of it to turn the nut to fasten it to the counter. Not fun. Functionality is as expected. It has exactly the same plunger style valve that failed on the old one, check the weakness of this style of valve in another customer’s review of that product: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/RA5ODMZV9SQWP#review-media-gallery_1727411374535 *Note to actually check that dripping is due to a leaky valve, you have to turn the water off and remove the 1/4” compression fitting on the fill side, point it at a bowl, and turn the water on and off under the sink and see if it drips when there is pressure. If your drips are caused by the expansion reservoir filling with water where there should be air, you need to unplug, drain the tank completely (which may require removing water lines or partial disassembly), refill the tank by turning on the water and holding the valve til it comes out the faucet, and plugging it back in.

I purchased this faucet to replace a leaking faucet that continued to drip long after I stopped dispensing hot water. I have had an instant hot water now for 4 years and already had to replace the tubing that went from faucet to hot water tank due to tubing splitting. That was easy to replace entire tube from tip to tank but now it split again so I temporary fixed with splice but now issue was dripping always long after stopped dispensing. The faucet was so easy to swap with original one and longest part was getting under counter to loosen nut so I could remove faucet (corner cabinet and not much room to work in). In less than 20 minutes I had new faucet installed and no more leaks! I wish the tube lasted longer as it gets soft and then splits dumping water under the counter and I realize low flow from faucet. It is easy to replace tubing but should last longer than 2 years. Very happy with seller and was at a good price point (was considering whole setup was about 190) and will see how long before this either leaks from tube or does not "stop" flow fully.

When my hot water heater failed due to a leak after 5 years, I decided to start with all new components. The new faucet was designed with an easy to install bracket and threaded brass coupling to secure the mount to the sink. This mount is designed to fit a variety of sink and counter top thicknesses through a single hole. Flow is significantly improved over previous design.

Ok ok here we go. I’ve had my instant hot water insinkerator for a few years now and recently my faucet had been leaking and spitting water. Finding a replacement was a headache, local plumbing supply companies wanted over $500 for a replacement faucet and only by special order. Thought I’d give this Amazon one a try and see if it was compatible. I was a plumber for about 20 years but that was over 15 years ago. This faucet blew my mind. Sturdy and good quality. I had to make a few adjustments and use different gaskets but it was a breeze to install. So happy I tried it and highly recommend.

I can't live without my instant hot water tap.
