Comfort vs. Durability
These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They're lightweight and you hardly know you're wearing shoes at all. I walk 4+ miles per day and these shoes have provided blister free support since day 1. However...after 6 weeks, I have worn a hole through the bottom ball of both shoes. The Resalyte material is soft (like a marshmallow)which makes the shoe lightweight and comfortable, but not durable at all. I am a road walker and that obviously takes it's toll on shoes, but my shoes typically last 4-5 months. Overall, these are extremely comfortable and provide necessary support but will not last long if you walk on asphalt. Perfect for nurses who are on their feet all day (like me) indoors.

Comfy but doesn't last long
I loved these shoes when I bought them five months ago because they feel light and comfortable. I walk my dogs about 15 minutes everyday on concrete sidewalks and now the heels are completely worn out. I was expecting these shoes to last longer.

They wear fast, it's true... But...
(I want to be clear - I loved this shoe. The one-star is only due to a recent manufacturing decision from Sketchers)These were a game-changer for me at work. Years and years on my feet, lifting, twisting, and walking had taken a toll on my knees, heels, arches etc. As long as I kept moving I was fine, but stop - even for a few moments - and I was stiff and sore. The car ride home left me hobbling to the front door and in the morning I was nearly crippled by pain and stiffness - coupled with restless sleep from throbbing pain in my feet and legs. I am good at what I do and well-compensated due to my longevity with my employer, at this stage of my life starting over is just not an option, so finding another job - as some suggest - is right out. Do I spend the rest of my life and career like an invalid? I hope not to. So, after much trial and error (as well as money wasted and a closet full of barely-worn sneakers) hoping to find a shoe that made a difference, I had found it in the Go Walk. As I said, it was a game-changer. Pain? Gone. Stiffness? Gone. Was I replacing them every 4-5 months over the last two years? Yes. Did I care? Nope. Lightweight, flexible, cushioned, supportive *exactly* where I needed it (the sole) and not where I didn't (everywhere else, because it restricts my movement) - Take my money, Sketchers. My final downfall? This shoe is no longer being made in the 'E' width - my feet are short, but wide along with a high instep; I will not "go up a size" to accommodate width because that results in a ridiculously long toe I end up tripping over. I know it's just a shoe - but I am saddened by this decision from Sketchers. I will try something similar, but the exact combination of design in *this* shoe is what worked so well for me, and I am not hopeful. I did send comment to Sketchers directly - not that I expect them to cater to me exclusively - but maybe if others have the same issue I do, and also make their opinions known it would be financially beneficial for Sketchers to reconsider.

Again, wonderful shoes
Here I go again, these shoes are terrific. I put them on and wore them all day, and no problems. As I have said before, I have problem feet and RA. I have wanted some lace up sneakers and these fit the bill. All the others I have ordered, I have had to return, and Amazon has been great about that. Amazon is great company, that's why I buy so much from them.

Disappointed!!
These pretty little shoes were purchased in March and put away for an upcoming summer trip. Well, summer is here and took them out of the box yesterday and wore them for the first time. I loved them...they felt like walking on marshmellows. I wore them again today and this afternoon I looked down and the sole on the right side of the shoe near the top was spread out and was much wider than the left. What happened? I do not know!! These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn and was really looking forward to wearing them on my trip which is going to require lots of walking. Well, I should never have put them away as the window to return them was May 1, 2014. Yes, I did buy them in March and did not wear them right away, so I have had them in my possession for over three months. But, they are definitely defective as they should keep their shape for more than two days of wear. Now I am stuck with these shoes for which I paid over $50!! To say I am disappointed is quite the understatement. This is the first time I've had a problem with Amazon over a return. Hopefully, if you purchase these shoes you won't get a pair that is defective.

Good for light to medium use, love the all black style!
In spite of the reviews about the shoe falling apart, I decided to give these a try. I wear them as a server for my 6-8 hour shifts. So far, I have been wearing them for 6 months and they do not even look a bit used. I like the all black because they look clean and fresh without having to clean them too often. I used to wear the Skechers GoRun at work, and those lasted me about 6 months, so these have actually lasted longer without showing wear. As compared to the GoRun, these fit the same, but have been more resistant to dirt and wear. My work has hard concrete floor and these keep my feet comfortable all day. I would definitely recommend for light to medium use, but if you are planning to use more frequently (8+ hours a day), maybe try a more durable shoe. Fit true to size and width is medium.

comfy, but wear out
These run just a tad smaller, but great for narrow feet! The first week I loved these, they were comfortable and light for a 14 hour shift on my feet, but after the second week they started to already wear down and I began tripping at the tip of my toes. I still really enjoy them, but I wished they'd have made the soles more durable for so much walking. They seem to be wearing down quickly. I would definitely recommend them to those in the nursing field or anyone who's on their feet long periods of the time. They are light to walk in, but like I said, maybe a little more durability to last longer would be great. They are a bit spendy for the amount of time you can use them before replacing them. Cute colours too!
