MONITOR IS AMAZING! LIST OF PRO'S AND CONS.
First off let me say this is not a full 5 star Review, If I had to be precise it would be 4.6-4.7/5 as this monitor does have its pro's and cons.PRO's- Great Image Quality for what it is! (With some tweaking)- 144 hz = Recommended for Gaming- Insane Brightness and Contrast settings, Makes everything Easier to see!- Easy to set up, No screws or bolts needed apart from one small permanently Attached screw at the bottom of the base.- Comes with Dual DVI cable.- Easy to move the monitor to the right angle- Pretty good Viewing AnglesCONS:- Colours and picture quality are not that good out of the box!- Packaging was alright... Mine came in a bit of the state on the box... at first it looked open.- The power Lead for me was so hard to put in... At first I couldn't put it in all the way and every time I tried to change angle of the monitor it came lose and turned the screen off. But with me pouring my little amount of strength into it... lets say its in and doubt it will every come out again (Tight Fit) unless I pour the same amount of strength out.So Overall this is a great monitor... I had a 19 inch crap LG monitor before this what I have had for YEARS. So changing to such a vibrant screen that looks so clear and beautiful when I play my games is amazing... Infact looking at my old monitor (What I still use as a second monitor) Picture just looks ugly.. and my CS GO aim has increased dramatically... due to the 144HZ Its so smooth its so noticeable... can never go back to the 60Hz now. even tho I believe there is a higher Hz being released but eh, im not a monitor nerd. The colors was easy to adjust by google searching settings that people recommend. So I recommend buying this monitor! I got this at £230 on sale on amazon. But would of been happy to pay up to £300 for it! you pay for what you get!

I actually enjoy playing Counter-Strike now.
The colours out of the box are the worst I've ever seen. So bad that I thought it might be broken. Really that just means you have to take some time to set it up, and there are quite a few settings so it might take some time. But be patient, experiment a bit and you will uncover a perfect gaming monitor.Personally I don't need super-bright screen so I especially love the blur-reduction. Black eQualiser really can compress the contrast to unnatural levels but for gaming, that's actually great (indeed it feels somewhat unfair for everyone else...). I understand now why the screen comes a handy control unit to switch between presets. Colour Vibrance is similarly not great for normal desktop use but works fantastically for gaming.144Hz is superb compared to 60Hz. Your mileage may vary but I have no regrets and highly recommend running the blur busters tests to really illustrate the problems with your current monitor. Particularly with the blur-reduction properly configured, all the tests on blur busters look incredible compared to my 60Hz 2nd screen and this really does impact performance in any game that requires speed and precision.

The monitor itself is great. The positives are 144hz (I play 120hz personally)
The monitor itself is great. The positives are 144hz (I play 120hz personally), you can rotate the screen and even adjust the height of the monitor...and it has a cool little remote thing that you'll never use!The thing I dislike about it, the colours, over a year later and I still haven't found colour settings I'm happy with.If you're gaming on 60hz, I recommend a 144hz monitor 100%, it's life changing.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING: Gives you a CLEAR advantage in competitive FPS (Priority 1 Upgrade!)
I picked this up when it was on special offer around Christmas for about £210. I'd never spent this much on a monitor before, but decided to treat myself. I knew before I purchased that people raved about higher refresh monitors for competitive games and that this monitor was well recommended (and used) by professional players. I'd also read some great reviews which pointed to this monitor as the highest quality to price ratio on the market. Given it was on special offer, I didn't give it more thought than this.Having now purchased it, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this at its standard selling price. Whatever your hesitations, just believe me: ignore them. It's worth every penny. There are plenty of easily accessible reviews out there which go into all the technical specifications and advantages of this monitor, so i'm just going to cut to the chase and let you know my experience.I use this monitor as my primary monitor for gaming in a dual monitor setup. I upgraded my PC at the same time as purchasing this, so I have no issue running Counter Strike Global Offensive (my main game) at an FPS that brings out the best of this monitor. I also calibrated a specific profile to use on the monitor when playing CSGO (Google it, there are plenty of guides). This can be easily switched using the little disc that sits at the bottom of the monitor. I haven't bothered with this yet, but I am looking to add more profiles in the future so that it isn't so bright when doing everyday tasks. I would recommend you do this straight away.In CSGO, it is a TRULY UNBELIEVABLE difference running at 144hz compared to 60hz. To test, I started on 60hz, moved to 144hz, then back down to 60hz. Without a doubt, 144hz gives you an advantage. It's clear, smooth, and beautiful. Compared to playing on my old 60hz monitor, I was playing at a higher level than I had previously JUST BECAUSE OF THIS MONITOR.I have also played other games (e.g., XCOM 2) with this monitor, and with a computer that can support high FPS, it is truly beautiful. Since CSGO has hooked me in recently, I haven't had chance to test it on many other games. No doubt it looks just as good.To summarise, I can't recommend this monitor enough. It is an ESSENTIAL upgrade to your setup. Don't consider the alternatives, just stick with this. Even if you spend a little more money compared to the alternatives, you WILL NOT be disappointed. There is a reason it has so many 5 star reviews and is used by nearly every professional CSGO player.
