Nice looking product . Should be easy to install if you have sheetrock that doesn’t have hidden 2x4 wood frames popping up every time you attempt to insert a wall anchor. The hardware that comes in the box is of the usual quality. Meaning I buy my own so that I know that the wall anchors will carry the weight. Works well for storing broom, mop etc. can’t say if it would work in garage for heavy garden tools.

Received it and installed it yesterday. Comes in a small box from manufacturer. About the size of the actual product. Amazon shipping and packaging was great as well as my delivery provider. Product does not come with instructions but brainless to figure out. You get a template, and 3 packs of different screw lengths for your installation area. I was installing this in my laundry room broom closet which is a solid wood door about an inch thick. So I went with the smallest screws provided. First I selected my desired location on the door. Then I took the template and applied it to the location on my broom closet door and with a pencil marked the holes from the template. Got my power drill and drilled in some small holes where I marked from the template just deep enough for my screw to get in and get some thread but not all the way. I’d say I went in half deep. Then got my small screws and the screwed each one more than half way in through the broom hanger screw holes. Once they were all in more than half way, I tightened them each all the way in. Took me literally less than 5 minutes and I’m not very good or strong with tools or hand around the house. I’m really not. I’m not very strong and don’t want to break a nail kind of a gal but didn’t want to wait who knows how long until my handyman has enough of work to come over and put it in for me. So if I could do it, anyone else can buy I do recommend having a drill to start the holes. I loaded my mops, brooms and swifter essentials on it and there’s still room for more. Getting them in and how is a little tough but not overly tough where this organizer isn’t worth it and I did not lose a finger like one reviewer stated by taking things out. It was easy peasy and I’m happy with it. My housekeeper is too by the way. Hope this helps.

The frame and the system failed suddenly and all the slots started to get move and stopped holding properly. Lasted 5 good years but it is definitely not lifetime resistant.
