I bought this because I needed water proof cover - the water drips through it easily. Description and title of product says Waterproof.

We used this in our sunroom because at certain times of the day, the sun is too strong. It works very well for that purpose. I can’t tell you how waterproof it is or how it holds up in wind.

I am so disappointed. Nice looking sail. We bought to replace a larger one that finally wore out. Bought it in June and put it up a few weeks ago to cover our hot tub so we can enjoy even in the rain. Well today was the first true rain we have had and it is leaking badly after less than an hour of rain. It is past the return date too.

Love it! More water resistant than we had expected, quality looking, matches our house color! Looks great.

So far so good. However, if you cannot get all four corners completely tight the water pools, consider pitching to one side.

My boyfriend bought this and its definitely NOT waterpoof. Light rain is fine anythibg more the water comes through the fabric.
