Does this come with a power supply?

No. Though you could power it from another XT60 equipped battery you’d better of making your own supply by soldering an XT60 to an AC to DC transformer. The recommended specs are listed.

how does it connect to main switch

You will need an supply with an XT60 plug (same at the battery connection). I soldered one onto an old laptop DC power supply and it works very well.
