Incredible for Gallbladder/RUQ pain
I was having Right Upper Quadrant pain for years, and had tried nearly everything to calm the symptoms. After having an ultrasound of my abdominal cavity, and a HIDA scan, I was diagnosed with functional gallbladder disorder (mainly defined as RUQ pain in the absence of gallstones).Predictably, my doctor recommended having my gallbladder removed, but my naturopath recommended giving this a shot. I started out pretty high dose (80 drops, 3x per day with meals), and slowly tapered down to my sweet spot which is 20 drops, 3x per day with meals. My RUQ attacks have completely dissappeared! Still trying to figure out my GI symptoms, but relief from my gallbladder pain has been life changing. Highly recommended, this stuff is legit!

Great for skin
I have great things to say about this extract - it cured my adult eczema which came from stress. I just dropped a few drops in my mouth throughout the day for a week or so and it was gone! The extract does not taste too bad either, a little sweet, so I just chase it with water.

This tastes like molasses and is nothing like what I got from my naturopath. So I am just not sure it has helped.
