Honestly, a good value
We installed this range hood as part of a kitchen remodel in 2021. The features were good, it looked great, and the price was right. About three months ago the controls on the hood started malfunctioning, so I went to the Ekon website, found a contact email, and asked what I should do.Ekon's service staff was incredibly responsive. Within a day I was emailing back and forth in real time (I'm in the US and the staff I was in contact with was in China). Five days after that I had a free replacement controller board and touch panel. Replacing them required nothing more than a screwdriver. The result?THE RANGE HOOD WORKS.I guess there are two morals to this story. 1) Assess whether you really need to spend $1100 on a range hood. I didn't., and 2) If you've got a service contact email, go ahead and use it. The Ekon staff were very gracious and responsive. Honestly, I recommend this product. It is a great value.

We like the look and the cleanness of the hood alot make it look fancy. But after got it all hook up, it was kinda disappoint that with 900 CFM but it not enough power for it to suck a small piece of tissue paper up even with max power like there not enough air flow.
