It’s a great product!

First things first, this is not your typical store bought balsamic vinegar. Store bought balsamic vinegar you use to make salad dressing or marinades... this you don't. This is more like a dark, intense, rich, thick syrup than a viscous liquid. Where you would use ounces of the regular stuff, you'd only use a few drops of this. The flavor is unlike anything I've tried before so there's nothing I can really use as a comparison. Also, don't be fooled by Balsamic glazes which are basically balsamic vinegar flavored corn syrups - this is the real deal. Yes, it's expensive. But when you consider that a few precious drops is all you need to impart flavor, I'd say the small bottle will last a very very long time. Lastly, the presentation box, extra stopper, and booklet are extremely helpful. This is a PERFECT gift for that special 'foodie' in your life.

This is the best of all traditional balsamic vinegars I've tried. G.G. are the gold standard when it comes to T.B.V. — I've tried many, but none of the others hit my palate with quite the same depth and addictive deliciousness.

This was the perfect Christmas gift for my significant other after our trip to Italy. We had the opportunity to sample several different balsamics from Modena. Our favorites were the longer-aged ones. We, unfortunately, didn't purchase any due to space limitations on the baggage for our return flight. When we returned from vacation I began doing on-line research for purchases. This item caught my eye out of several for sale on Amazon. It arrived quickly and in flawless condition. The balsamic is absolutely delicious and the lacquered display box is impressive. We have been drizzing this over vanilla ice cream and cheese. Highly recommend.

This balsamic vinegar is the real deal. I have not opened it yet, but using my knowledge I can tell you 100% this is real, and will taste just as good as expected. If you know balsamic, you know the shape of the bottle, the color of the foil, the seal, just look at my pictures and be relieved of any doubt. It is quite expensive, but the wooden case is extra bling to store your vinegar in a dark place, and included is a cork pour spout, as expected with this type of vinegar. Prego!

Stunning balsamic. I have tried a few high end vinegars but this is easily the best I have sampled. The bottle comes in a beautiful wooden box that could double as a jewellery box. Sure it is expensive, but it really is dazzlingly complex in its flavour profile, not too sweet as some balsamic can be. A gorgeous luxury product that will transform your salad dressings.

Good products. Nees to improve package because inside frame is damaged during delivery. Suggest to set fixing item inside like bubble plastic for fixing product during delivery.
