I have a weslo 410 daybreak. Will I be able to hook up the ozone generator to it?

Not as it is originally designed. You will need an ozone injector/venturi to splice into your pump discharge line that you will then hook up to the ozonator line. Check the diagram on this page.

I would not use it for an above ground pool, ozone with time will eat away at the materials lining your pool.

I have a hot tub that has a pool filter and gas pool heater. How can I install this unit?

You connect it via a venturi tap on the water return. You will need to provide power and a control for it. The control is usually part of the hot tub control unit.
