74011 Waterboss Water Softener, 22, Beige

I got this to replace a worn out old Culligan water softener. I love the size of this (about the size of a trash compactor) and the ease of filling up the salt (slide the door and dump it in). It was very easy to install and set up. I also like the fact that it has a built in filter that if flushes and cleanes daily when it regenerated. I did install a sediment filter just prior to the water going into the softener, because we are on a shared well and have a lot of sediment and also get that sulfur smell too. We noticed our water was so much better after getting this all hooked up. All the staining in our showers and toilets is gone too. Now, I just want to hook up an under-the-counter reverse osmosis system in the kitchen for our drinking water and refrigerator ice. I recommend this product and have not had any issues with it so far. Plus, it's made in America!

Installed for roughly 2 months and already does not work. Troubleshooting says unplug it and plug back in and that didn’t work. Called the company for help and were not open. Called today and had to leave a message because no one was available. This woman called back and was extremely rude, anyway long story and I don’t feel like typing anymore. I do NOT recommend buying one!

I purchased the same model number that I had experience with a “BOSS” bought 18 years ago. Zero problems. 18 yrs of hard work. I live on a lake and use a well (which has a very high mineral ph) The new one hasn’t been installed . We’ll see…can’t say much about the company service techs that I called. They never called back. the. item is damaged and was rejected by someone else before it came to me. that is why it was so early in arriving.

The price is right, the product does exactly what it's supposed to. We have well water with lots of iron and have tried several options, this product works.

This is my 3rd water boss in the last 20 years.Easy installation and great quality.

This is a great product have used them 5 or 6 times. This one came in with a broken controller panel. Will contact the manufacturer for replacement. After further inspection and installation the top frame is broken and the top cover will not lock in place. It will not start regeneration and has 2 gallons of water added to it at this point. It needs to be sent back and replaced asap. I dud have a conversation with supply company and the did offer a refund or replacement. I did take the replacement, which dud get to me before the estimated time of 7-10 days. Unfortunately this watersoftner came to me more damaged than the previous one. Iam very disappointed with the supply company as far the quality of the shipping process. I have contacted them with pictures and a statement of my concerns. Today is Monday the 28th of April. Hopefully I will hear back from them today and have a response as to what they will do about it.
