Great exercise bands, took a long time to arrive
This is a set of exercise bands with a number of different strengths. The quality is very good. They also come with a handy bag to carry them in when we go to the gym or travel. My only complaint was that it took a month for them to arrive.

Eh. They’re ok
These do not stay flat. I’ve tried them on several spots on my legs and they roll. I wear pants when I work out, so maybe if it was on bare skin it would work?

! Correction The short bands were fine it was the long 6-ft bands that were too short
Too short be sure you check the length of the bands you order these were a pack of three and much shorter than the standard ones.
