So I originally bought this product to help lower some of my stomach fat and love handles as well as my arm fat. It gets really warm I don't know if it's working yet I just started it. But the warming sensation is not a bad thing I put it on before I go to bed and it does help with aching muscles even though that's not what it's for and it doesn't have a smell it's not greasy easy to apply I put it on like I was saying my stomach area sides love handles and even my upper back. I also put it on the other part of my arm to help with that flappy area. We'll see how it works I will update as I go it has been a little over a week since I started and occasionally when the heat starts to feed it does get a little itchy but not like all over itch just here and there where I rub it in at

This heated body serum is amazing—I’m already on my second bottle! I use it during workouts, especially around my waist and thighs, and it gives a warming sensation that really makes me feel like it’s working. I've been using this for a couple years on and off and when I'm consistent with it, I can really see it a bit of a difference. I just started actually mixing it with DMSO which helps it penetrate the skin and I'm seeing even better results so I'm always happy to have this lotion on hand. I wanted to love this product because it sounds like the perfect combo — caffeine, ivy extract, and centella asiatica all in one “fat-burning” formula. It does make my skin feel tighter and smoother, especially on my thighs after a few weeks, and it has a pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. But honestly, I didn’t see a huge difference in actual fat loss. My legs and abdomen look slightly firmer, but that might be from regular exercise and eating cleaner, not just the cream. It also leaves a bit of a sticky feeling after applying, which I didn’t love. So overall, it’s okay — nice for skin texture, maybe a little boost to circulation, but not the magic fat burner the description makes it sound like. I’ll finish the bottle, but probably won’t repurchase unless it goes on sale.

So, I'm a 41 year old mother of two. My body is a natural slim build, and I've never really had an issue with weight. That said, these last few years (due to a more sedentary lifestyle and aging, I suppose) I have accumulated a pretty fatty waistline complete with back fat and love handles. I've read that waistline fat on a small build is harder on the organs than waistline fat on an average or overweight person, so it's really been bothering me- that and my old clothes not fitting anymore. 😐 So, I purchased this cream and have been using it in conjunction with a waist trainer and a fascia roller. In general, I eat pretty well (no sodas- EVER, only water, juice, and teas) but do indulge in an ice-cream cone and hot cocoa with the family a few times a week. Exercise-wise, no strenuous cardio, but I have been doing left lifts, lunges, squats, and other things I can do randomly around the house. I've lost around half an inch in the past week using the product and with the lifestyle described above. I'm impressed and stepping up my game this weekend. I'm doing a soup and juice type cleanse this weekend and upping my workouts. I will update the review with results. *Things to know: -Wash your hands after applying! -Don't apply right after a hot shower, unless you want to feel like you've been dunked into a giant bowl of lava. -Feels nice on a cramping stomach. -Using a roller after putting the cream on seems to intensify the heat, but not in a negative way.

I don't know if this is normal, but it burns like hell. I tried rubbing it gently after shower, not a hot shower, and it burns. I tried waiting a little longer, I tried in the morning and in the evening. I tried small amounts, i tried everything I can think of. It just burns and makes me want to rip my skin off my body. The burning sensation lasts about half an hour during which i am unable to do anything but try not to cry from the pain and not to scratch myself to death. I have a regular tolerance to pain, this is literally killing me. I am glad if it works for you, I definitely won't use it anymore!

Visto il mio netto calo di peso, mi hanno consigliato una crema antismagliature, elasticizzante e anticellulite, per evitare (per quanto possibile) di assomigliare ad un Sharpei. Adesso, cellulite ne avevo davvero molta, quindi sul tanto è facile lavorare, però davvero sentivo i grumi sottopelle. Sembrava un po la mia polenta quando mi dimentico di mescolare. Ho visto il prezzo delle creme piu famose e ho pensato che la polenta è buona anche grumosa. Un giorno, curiosando su amazon, mi è uscito un suggerimento di una crema antismagliature, elasticizzante e che riduce la cellulite a 6 euro. L'ho presa con tanto scetticismo, ma proviamo, male non farà. VE LA CONSIGLIO! Dopo due mesi, riduzione drastica del giro coscia, le "pellegate" che sembravano tendoni, ora sono tende di una finestra normale e la coscia visibilmente assottigliata, liscia come il velluto e i grumi di ciccia sottopelle spariti. Cellulite visibilmente ridotta! Vabbe ancora un po di pelle cadente, e un po di cellulite c'e ovviamente, ma quel che faceva miracoli, ze sta messo in croce! Appena messa, massaggiando pochi secondi finché non assorbe, da una sensazione di crescente calore (abbastanza fastidiosa, con sto caldo poi) , a volte, un leggero prurito, ma il venditore mi ha detto che è perché sta facendo effetto, ma se belli si vuol apparire, un po si deve soffrire, poi, raggiunto il top, va svanendo (15/20 minuti al max,) e ti resta un buon profumo e pelle fantastica!
